What you will do
- Manage the full recruiting cycle for various GTM and Sales roles
- Drive offer processes including extending offers and closing candidates
- Maintain pipeline activity and share data-driven updates with stakeholders
- Act as a strategic partner advising and executing talent strategy
- Provide a fair, transparent, and timely candidate experience
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startups or high-growth environments
- Expertise in GTM or Sales recruiting with flexibility for new searches
- Strong data analysis skills for problem solving and process improvements
- Excellent communication and ability to build trust quickly
- Ability to manage competing priorities and frequent context changes
Nice to have
- Experience with recruiting tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated knowledge of GTM and Sales recruiting
