What you will do

• Drive user growth initiatives for BNPL products including acquisition, activation, retention, and promotion strategies.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to secure budgets and deliver growth campaigns.
• Coordinate communications and compliance with OJK regulatory requirements.
• Prepare audit materials, regulatory reports, and business plans in Bahasa and English.
• Oversee daily multi-finance operations including KYC/AML, customer service, and BPO operations.
• Lead operational reporting and ensure adherence to governance, risk, and anti-fraud standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of operations including KYC/AML, governance, risk, and customer operations.
• Experience in user growth, promo strategy, or related growth-driving roles.
• Deep understanding of consumer finance and BNPL ecosystem.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and interaction with OJK preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
