What you will do
- Manage dealer contracts, quotas, territories, and recruitment/terminations.
- Advocate for dealers and facilitate growth through training and communication.
- Drive dealer revenue by monitoring pipelines, closing sales, and launching new products.
- Coordinate dealer participation in trade shows and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Salesforce and other tools.
- Travel frequently (up to 24 weeks per year) within assigned divisions.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Canada (Edmonton or Vancouver) with ability to travel extensively.
- 2-5 years experience in POS dealer or channel management.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Experience with contracts, negotiations, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
