• Manage the EveryoneSocial platform and optimize its use.
• Create content and engagement strategies to drive authentic employee participation.
• Partner with marketing, communications, and HR teams for integrated campaigns.
• Expand the program globally through training and regional adoption.
• Track KPIs and report program impact to management and executives.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA with no visa sponsorship available.
• Remote work allowed anywhere in the USA.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
• Proven experience managing employee advocacy programs and social media tools.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, social media analytics, and project management CRMs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with financial industry marketing technology.
