Salary: $140,000–$160,000 + Bonus

What you will do
- Own and lead the full customer journey from research to post-launch iteration.
- Drive best-in-class design practices and contribute to the UI Design System.
- Facilitate qualitative user research studies and present findings to stakeholders.
- Lead iterative product and design thinking to enhance user experience.
- Build a deep, data-driven understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on user problems and opportunities.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely from there.
- 5+ years of experience in software/digital product design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in full stack of product design: research, UX, UI, prototyping, and design systems.
- Familiarity with Material Design and frontend frameworks (React, Angular).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience designing enterprise software (B2B and/or B2B2C).
