What you will do

• Own and lead the full customer journey from research to post-launch iteration.
• Drive best-in-class design practices and contribute to the UI Design System.
• Facilitate qualitative user research studies and present findings to stakeholders.
• Lead iterative product and design thinking to enhance user experience.
• Build a deep, data-driven understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on user problems and opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely from there.
• 5+ years of experience in software/digital product design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in full stack of product design: research, UX, UI, prototyping, and design systems.
• Familiarity with Material Design and frontend frameworks (React, Angular).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience designing enterprise software (B2B and/or B2B2C).
