What you will do

• Deliver digital products and services adhering to GDS or equivalent UK public sector standards
• Manage projects and teams to develop content strategies and clear customer journeys
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and partners to produce user-focused content
• Monitor and improve content using user feedback, research, and data
• Support business development and client engagement within the Product and User Centred Design practice
• Work on mobile and web applications for a major Facilities Management company in the UK

Requirements

• Experience working to GDS or equivalent standards in the UK Public sector
• Proven track record developing content to meet user needs for digital services
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• Experience designing and testing workable content prototypes in agile teams
• Adept at communicating complex issues with simple, clear content
