• Oversee end-to-end localization processes across multiple languages and markets.
• Manage daily localization requests for product and support documentation.
• Optimize and implement AI-driven localization solutions and monitor their performance.
• Enhance localization workflows and implement automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with development, product, marketing, and UX writing teams on cross-functional projects.
• Mentor Localization Managers and promote best localization and internationalization practices.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work mode in Kazakhstan
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in localization management focused on product localization.
• Strong knowledge of localization tools and processes.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
