Fullstack Software Engineer

TL;DR

Fullstack Software Engineer: Building and optimizing products across multiple brands and domains with an accent on implementing feature refinements, tracking outcomes via A/B testing, and driving data-driven decisions. Focus on steering architecture towards performance, quality, and reusability, while mentoring the technical team.

Location: Hybrid, Kaunas office (3 days a week)

Salary: €2,700–€3,990 gross monthly + significant yearly bonuses + RSU package worth $20,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve products across 7 brands and 60+ domains.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business vision.
• Implement feature refinements and track outcomes using A/B testing.
• Work with Product Managers on spec reviews and data analysis.
• Contribute to steering architecture towards performance, quality, and reusability.
• Help the technical team grow via mentoring and code reviews.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Web Development.
• Strong foundation in programming fundamentals and software design principles.
• Experience with Front End technologies: TypeScript, React, Redux, CSS (Sass or Less).
• Experience with at least one server-side programming language (e.g., Java, Node.js, C#).
• Understanding of database concepts; MySQL experience is a plus.
• Comfortable writing unit and E2E tests.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to debug effectively in a full-stack environment.
