TL;DR
Software Engineer (AI): Designing and implementing complex, high-scale AI-driven software solutions within a SaaS environment with an accent on scalability, performance, and modern cloud technologies. Focus on rapid prototyping, optimizing services, and integrating with large language models.
Location: Onsite in Delft, Netherlands. Team also has members in Budapest, Hungary.
Salary: €4,250 – €5,000 per month

What you will do
- Design and implement AI-driven software solutions with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Evaluate trade-offs between cost, latency, security, and quality to optimize services.
- Work with microservices architecture and deployment pipelines.
- Rapidly prototype and validate ideas to accelerate innovation.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Java developer.
- Understanding of AI deployment pipelines (monitoring, observability, evaluation).
- Ability to build rapid prototypes and take them to production.
- Knowledge of SaaS and cloud architectures.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with OpenAI and other LLM technologies.
- Ability to evaluate AI solutions based on cost, latency, and quality trade-offs.
