What you will do
- Support technical success of customer accounts from onboarding to renewal across the intelligence platform.
- Develop understanding of customer intelligence goals and deliver measurable outcomes using platform capabilities.
- Monitor platform adoption, usage, and integration health to ensure operational success.
- Collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Serve as primary technical liaison with customer security teams for configuration and optimization.
- Deliver intelligence advisory engagements and maintain detailed records of customer outcomes and risks.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Singapore.
- 1-2 years consulting or customer-facing experience in cybersecurity, technical support, or intelligence operations.
- Foundational knowledge of intelligence concepts, cybersecurity tooling, and SaaS environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of intelligence lifecycle and security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, Diamond Model, or Cyber Kill Chain.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, computing science, or related fields.
