What you will do

  • Define and own hirify.global’s GTM strategy, including segmentation, target markets, value propositions, and go-to-market motions.
  • Lead development of ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, competitive analysis, and positioning.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to refine product-market fit, packaging, pricing, and messaging.
  • Build and lead the strategic road-map for market expansion, new verticals, and global expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define coverage models and partner ecosystem strategy.
  • Drive scenario planning, market sizing, and TAM/SAM modeling to inform strategic decision-making and provide executive insights.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in GTM strategy within high-growth SaaS/AI businesses, with at least 5+ years in a leadership/Director or Senior Director capacity.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing GTM strategies that drove substantial revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, buyer personas, segmentation, and go-to-market motions.
  • Strong strategic, data-driven thinker, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to build clear strategic frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executive teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High degree of business acumen, analytical rigor (market sizing, TAM modeling), and commercial mindset.
