What you will do

• Create motion graphics and short-form videos for paid ads, social media, and influencer campaigns.
• Demonstrate strong storytelling, pacing, composition, and design fundamentals.
• Develop expressive transitions, typography, VFX, UI animations, and compositing sequences.
• Edit, clean up, reframe, and add narrative to User-Generated Content (UGC).
• Adapt concepts into multiple ad formats (Meta/TikTok/YouTube) and iterate quickly.
• Monitor trends and introduce new formats to the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of motion design experience in marketing, performance, or digital brands.
• A strong portfolio showcasing confident motion skills and solid static design fundamentals: composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Expert skills in After Effects and/or other motion design tools.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, Suno, etc.).
• Experience working with Figma.
• Strong skills in UGC editing and short-form storytelling, with solid 2D animation and sound integration.

Nice to have

• Experience in health/beauty/fitness.
• Basic or experimental 3D skills.
