Location: Hybrid in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom with on-site presence about 3 days per week

What you will do

• Develop realistic and visually appealing weapon and tactical shooter concepts.
• Collaborate closely with 3D artists and other team members to ensure cohesive visual style.
• Translate ideas into high-quality sketches and detailed renders to guide production.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to fellow artists to elevate artistic output.
• Adapt to new processes and pipelines within the AAA game development environment.

Requirements

• Must have current eligibility to live and work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Proven experience in realistic concept art for weapons or military/tactical shooter themes.
• Proficiency with industry-standard 3D modeling software such as Blender and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of 3D animation and concept art fundamentals.
• Ability to mentor artists and adapt to evolving production pipelines.
• Hybrid work model requiring on-site presence approximately 3 days per week in Newcastle upon Tyne.
