HR Generalist

📍 Relocation to Manila, Philippines
Salmon, a fast-growing licensed neobank in Southeast Asia, is hiring an HR Generalist to strengthen People Operations and support rapid international scaling. Full relocation to Manila is provided (flights, visa, accommodation, insurance).
What you’ll do
— Manage onboarding, offboarding and internal mobility
— Maintain and improve HRIS processes (HiBob preferred; BambooHR/Workday/Personio acceptable)
— Update and enhance HR documentation templates (multi-country is a strong plus)
— Identify workflow improvements across People Ops
— Coordinate accurate payroll-related data
— Support employees with HR questions and assist managers
— Handle admin tasks: relocations, probation, policy updates, contract changes
What you need
— 2+ years in HR Generalist / People Operations / HR Admin roles (startup experience preferred)
— Strong HRIS experience (not in-house systems)
— Experience with documentation templates and process updates
— High attention to detail, clear communication, proactive mindset
— Willingness to relocate to the Philippines
