Hiring: Business Analyst (with QA skills) - Middle Level
Location: Softonic
Format: Office
Experience: 1.5–2+ years
Salary: 12,000,000 - 17,000,000 UZS (based on interview results)
Responsibilities: #qa
- Analyze and interpret regulatory and technical documentation for the development and modernization of information systems
- Participate in designing business logic and process flows for company projects
- Collect and formalize requirements from stakeholders, prepare BRD/FRD
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and system diagrams
- Perform functional testing and verify product logic before releases
- Prepare test cases, checklists, and testing scenarios
- Validate mobile app behavior and backend logic
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and system architects
- Support product features throughout the entire SDLC from idea to production release
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or QA Analyst
Strong skills in writing BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Basic QA testing skills: test cases, bug reporting, regression testing
Understanding of client–server architecture and REST API
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Ability to interpret regulatory documents and convert them into clear business logic
Experience working with Jira / Confluence
Experience in logistics, telematics, tracking systems, or mobile applications is a plus
Nice-to-have:
Experience testing mobile applications
Experience with BPMN/Camunda diagrams
Understanding of ELD system logic — not required, but willingness to learn is a must
