What you will do

• Manage project activities, responsibilities, and schedules, including contingency planning.
• Direct and motivate the project team.
• Define Epics and Business Features based on research and dealer/customer interviews.
• Assist with product backlog definition and clarification, understanding capacity and resources.
• Estimate proper delivery dates on Epics and Features, and manage commitment to business.
• Work directly on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and roles such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing team output.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Microsoft Azure DevOps and Power BI.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively at all levels.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a complex, rapidly changing, and culturally diverse environment.

Nice to have

• PSM, PSO, PAL-E or SAFe related certification.
• PMI or PMP certification.
• Experience with UX/UI Design frameworks, methodologies, and design systems.
