As a Monitoring Support Engineer, you will:
- Keep systems & infrastructure (Linux, Unix, Windows, z/OS) running in 24/7 shifts
- Monitor with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry
- Automate monitoring & reporting
- Handle incidents & support root cause analysis
- Work with teams to propose tailored solutions
What we’re looking for:
- Open to 24/7 rotating shifts
- Experience with monitoring tools & automation scripting
- Familiarity with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) & CI/CD
- ITIL/ITSM knowledge & strong problem-solving mindset
- Good English skills (B2-C1)
