micro1 is building the AI platform for human intelligence — powering post-training workflows (RLHF, evals, red-teaming) for top AI labs. They’re now hiring a Finance Recruiter to help build high-quality talent pipelines for senior finance roles.

What you’ll do
— Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting across multiple channels
— Lead high-volume outreach campaigns and engage top finance candidates
— Build and manage strong candidate pipelines across finance functions
— Craft compelling outreach messaging
— Partner closely with recruiting & hiring teams to understand evolving needs
— Identify and engage passive finance talent using market insights
— Ensure outreach activities align with goals and timelines

What you need
— Experience in finance recruitment and headhunting for senior roles
— Strong sourcing skills and high-volume outreach experience
— Excellent written and verbal communication
— Deep understanding of finance functions and hiring requirements
— Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
— Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
— High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice to have
— Experience hiring for finance teams in high-growth companies
— Certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition
— Proven track record building pipelines for niche finance skillsets
