Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

  • Engage and build strong relationships with lawyers in the network to promote AI-backed technology adoption.
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for new law firm members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather feedback and improve client experience.
  • Provide technical support and resolve inquiries within the legal network.
  • Support projects to enhance training materials and organize client feedback.
  • Maintain and improve Legal Network Help Center and team resources.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States, preferably Central or Mountain time zones
  • 5+ years in customer-facing or operations roles, including 2+ years direct client engagement.
  • Experience with SaaS or complex industries such as legal or financial services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Process-oriented with attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
