Salary: $95,000 – $112,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with security leadership to define and maintain team priorities aligned with business and product goals.
• Drive project planning, milestone management, and delivery tracking across security initiatives.
• Strengthen collaboration and ensure clear communication across Security, R&D, and CloudOps.
• Support vulnerability triage, remediation tracking, and coordination of bug bounty and disclosure reports.
• Coordinate third-party and customer security audits, manage evidence collection, and track findings.
• Partner with Product Security on third-party security assessments and penetration tests.
• Develop and maintain dashboards or reports tracking program health, remediation SLAs, and security maturity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years focused on security, infrastructure, or R&D programs.
• Strong understanding of security operations, audits, and product security workflows.
• Proven ability to plan, track, and deliver programs across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with bug bounty or responsible disclosure programs.
• Familiarity with security audits, compliance, and third-party assessments.
