What you will do
- Partner with security leadership to define and maintain team priorities aligned with business and product goals.
- Drive project planning, milestone management, and delivery tracking across security initiatives.
- Strengthen collaboration and ensure clear communication across Security, R&D, and CloudOps.
- Support vulnerability triage, remediation tracking, and coordination of bug bounty and disclosure reports.
- Coordinate third-party and customer security audits, manage evidence collection, and track findings.
- Partner with Product Security on third-party security assessments and penetration tests.
- Develop and maintain dashboards or reports tracking program health, remediation SLAs, and security maturity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years focused on security, infrastructure, or R&D programs.
- Strong understanding of security operations, audits, and product security workflows.
- Proven ability to plan, track, and deliver programs across multiple teams and disciplines.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with bug bounty or responsible disclosure programs.
- Familiarity with security audits, compliance, and third-party assessments.
