What you will do

  • Leverage Fullcast and other GTM tools to design, launch, and optimize sales territories, ensuring equitable allocation of accounts.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain frameworks for territory planning, account assignment, quota setting, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain and update Sales Rules of Engagement (RoE) and other sales process documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
  • Analyze sales data, territory performance, and other metrics to identify high-propensity accounts, uncover discrepancies, and support accurate forecasting.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and systems, enhancing operational efficiency and data integrity.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM account data and territory assignments, proactively identifying and addressing data quality issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales or operations environment.
  • Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) reporting.
  • Highly skilled in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely, actively listen, and engage in meaningful dialogue.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and proactive in building and refining strategic frameworks and processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience administering and optimizing Fullcast (or a similar territory planning tool).
  • Experience with CaptivateIQ (or similar sales compensation software).
