TL;DR
Senior Product Designer: Designing and developing an entirely new access control system and centralized tools for a legal AI technology platform with an accent on user experience, information architecture, and visual design. Focus on crafting compelling visions, advocating for customers, and leveraging product data to drive design decisions.
Location: Hybrid role. Candidates must be located near one of our hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, Toronto, Vancouver, Dublin, or Sydney) and be able to work in the office a minimum of twice per week.
Salary: $128,400–$173,600 CAD

What you will do
- Develop and design concepts, prototypes, and hi-fidelity mockups that solve both business and user problems.
- Craft compelling visions and articulate the rationale behind design decisions to drive excitement and alignment.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to understand problems and find appropriate solutions.
- Conduct user research interviews, usability testing, and analysis.
- Leverage product data and metrics to drive design decisions and measure product success.
- Coach and mentor fellow designers and provide thoughtful feedback in team critiques.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related discipline.
- Track record of successfully shipping products and solving customer problems.
- Deep understanding of good user experience, information architecture, and visual design.
- Experience with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and a strong understanding of web technologies.
- A design degree or relevant experience with platform and/or application design.
- Excellent communication and engaging storytelling skills.

- SaaS experience.
- Keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
