What you will do

• Define and optimize credit strategy for the evolving lending portfolio.
• Discover insights from data and formulate strategies for key business questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies effectively.
• Monitor and assess the success of implemented strategies, identifying enhancement opportunities.
• Formulate strategies to improve affordability policy and ensure positive customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Ability to structure complex problems into manageable frameworks.
• Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel and SQL (Python is welcome).
• Experience in a fast-paced analytical environment, ideally consumer-lending with credit cards or unsecured loans.
• Inquisitive and truth-seeking attitude, with an inclination to challenge the status quo.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
