TL;DR

Business Solutions Analyst (People Technology): Lead cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives and deliver end-to-end project solutions within People Technology stack including Workday and Talent Acquisition systems. Salary: $66,000 - $104,000

What you will do

  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear, testable technical documentation.
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Partner with stakeholders and troubleshoot issues within People Technology systems like Workday and Greenhouse.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts and user guides to support solution adoption.
  • Communicate project status and milestones effectively to teams.
  • Provide configuration and support for People Technology stack ensuring accuracy and auditability.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or equivalent.
  • 3+ years experience in Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management roles.
  • Proficient in Workday with hands-on experience; experience with Greenhouse or other TA systems is a plus.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Workday configuration experience.
