What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally, including software and AI engineers.
• Screen, assess, and interview candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine interview processes and candidate evaluation.
• Maintain candidate relationships and provide timely communication throughout recruitment.
• Manage recruitment data and prepare reports to track hiring performance and trends.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills required.
• Proven experience as a senior recruiter with focus on software and AI engineering roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote, global environment.
