What you will do
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent globally.
- Conduct candidate screening, video interviews, and assessments for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, collaborating with hiring managers on selection.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage accurate candidate records in ATS and prepare recruitment reports to track KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, with a focus on hiring Software Engineers and AI Engineers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
