Trading Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
• Drive growth by increasing active traders, trading volumes, and platform adoption
• Enhance trading features and develop innovative tools such as Copy Trading
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, compliance, and other teams
• Ensure seamless trading experience through user research, usability testing, and experimentation
• Track KPIs like uptime, speed, and user satisfaction; oversee product lifecycle

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for trading platforms
• Deep understanding of trading businesses, financial markets, and competitive landscape
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development processes
• Educated to degree level or higher
