What you will do
- Co-create and align AI Core team's product vision, strategy, and roadmap with company goals
- Collaborate closely with AI engineering team to gather developer insights and prioritize product backlog
- Write clear product specifications and ensure successful delivery and adoption of AI tools
- Stay updated on AI advancements and evangelize AI usage within the company
- Define and analyze metrics to measure product impact and success
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and understand user needs
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Argentina or Brazil (remote)
- Strong technical background with experience as Software Engineer or Technical Product Manager for developer-focused products
- Passion for AI and machine learning with hands-on experience using AI tools
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
- Ability to break down complex problems and find innovative solutions
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate engineering teams
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
