What you will do

• Write and edit UX copy in both Russian and English.
• Collaborate with product teams and designers to enhance user experience.
• Maintain FAQs and glossaries in English and Russian.
• Suggest and implement improvements to UX writing processes and tools.
• Work with UX researchers to validate hypotheses.
• Follow the company’s Tone of Voice and editing policy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a UX writer.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Practical knowledge of UX principles.
• Experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence.
• Experience with Crowdin or other CAT tools is preferred.
• Location: Hybrid work mode in Kazakhstan and Georgia.
