What you will do

• Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition strategies across multiple regions, channels, and products.
• Manage and efficiently allocate large budgets to achieve key performance targets (CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback).
• Lead hypothesis pipelines, including creatives, bidding strategies, audiences, and new channels.
• Conduct deep analysis of funnels, cohorts, retention, and unit economics to identify growth levers.
• Run structured A/B tests for creative, targeting, and strategy optimization.
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, BI, and creative teams to ensure cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition/performance marketing for mobile products.
• Proven experience leading a region or multiple geos, driving strategy and delivering measurable growth.
• Deep expertise in major paid channels including Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and ASA.
• Strong analytical mindset, confident with funnel diagnostics, cohorts, financial metrics, and unit economics.
• Advanced knowledge of MMPs, attribution models (CTIT, SRNs, re-attribution), SKAN, and Privacy Sandbox.
• Fluent English for cross-regional interaction.
