What you will do

• Administer, configure, and optimize Atlassian Cloud systems (Jira, Confluence).
• Manage users, permissions, and access rights, and develop integrations with enterprise systems.
• Analyze and improve processes and workflows.
• Ensure system security, stability, and data integrity.
• Provide user support, documentation, and training.
• Lead Atlassian-related projects and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator, including Cloud environment.
• Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence Cloud configuration, automation, and administration.
• Strong understanding of system integration (REST API, webhooks) and security principles.
• Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps and plugins.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
• English: Upper intermediate or higher required.

• Experience with ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud.
