TL;DR

Application Developer: Design, build, and modify application software using Java, ColdFusion, JavaScript, and C#. Focus on integrating COTS products, using APIs, interacting with data repositories, maintaining legacy code, and hardening code with secure coding techniques to meet government system security requirements.

Location: Hybrid position located in Merrifield, VA.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Annually

What you will do

• Design, build, and modify application software using languages like Java, ColdFusion, JavaScript, and C#.
• Use design patterns such as MVC, web services, SOA, and/or microservices.
• Integrate COTS products, use APIs, and interact with data repositories.
• Maintain legacy code and/or develop new code using container technologies such as Kubernetes.
• Resolve integration issues, vulnerabilities, and functional defects.
• Ensure all code conforms to the government system security requirements.

Requirements

• High School with 9+ years of application development experience.
• Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability.
