What you will do

• Oversee production of various creative formats ensuring high quality standards.
• Manage the full creative process from concept to testing and delivery.
• Be accountable for creative performance and results.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends for high-performing video content.
• Propose and lead creative experiments supported by research and insights.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams including production partners and artists.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Minsk, Belarus
• Experience as a Marketing Creative Producer in the gaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of mobile gaming trends and mobile advertising.
• Experience writing scripts and briefs for video content and playable ads.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to analyze marketing metrics.
