What you will do

• Curate and approve high-quality lots for authenticity, condition, grading, and market demand.
• Build weekly auctions featuring major Japanese TCGs and identify early trends.
• Engage, onboard, and support Japanese sellers, continuously expanding the local network.
• Act with a commercial mindset to spot supply opportunities and drive category growth.
• Bridge the gap between Japanese market movements and European collector demand.
• Analyze auction performance and buyer behavior using data to refine curation.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Japanese Trading Cards, especially Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Dragon Ball, and Yu-Gi-Oh.
• Strong understanding of rarity, grading, sealed product, and TCG market dynamics.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Experience buying and selling trading cards and confident in spotting market trends.
• Well-established local network in Japan, including card shops, dealers, and collectors.
• Ability to collaborate closely with the Japan-based team and work fully remote with Europe-based colleagues.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in online marketplaces.
• Experience with Pokémon or TCG distributors.
