TL;DR

Transaction Monitoring Project Manager (Fintech): Drive adoption, upsells, and expansion of AML Transaction Monitoring product by enabling Customer Success Managers and coordinating cross-functional teams. Focus on designing enablement programs, optimizing customer lifecycle processes, and supporting revenue growth through data-driven insights.

What you will do

  • Design and implement enablement programs to drive Transaction Monitoring adoption and expansion for Customer Success Managers.
  • Develop sales and customer success enablement assets such as playbooks and documentation.
  • Identify upsell and deeper adoption opportunities using customer insights and usage data.
  • Act as liaison between Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Compliance teams to align on roadmap and messaging.
  • Translate complex product and compliance updates into actionable guidance for Customer Success Managers.
  • Optimize processes and track performance across the customer lifecycle to identify friction points and deliver insights.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Success, or Product Enablement, preferably in fintech, regtech, or SaaS.
  • Proven experience with Transaction Monitoring, AML, or Fraud Prevention tools or processes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM and collaboration platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Confluence, Notion, and Jira.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English).
