What you will do
- Ensure all game provider integrations follow the defined process: planning, specification, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
- Manage and maintain the integration roadmap, ensuring game and content releases occur on schedule with minimal risk or delay.
- Monitor live games and provider integrations for performance, uptime, and correctness of behavior.
- Handle and manage incidents related to provider integrations or game operations, ensuring rapid response and resolution.
- Establish and enforce quality and compliance standards for provider integrations, including regulatory requirements and certifications.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of casino platforms, games, and provider integration processes.
- Experience managing multiple integration projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and relationship management skills for liaising with providers and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance and ensure high-quality launches.
- Proactive, adaptable, and up-to-date with gaming trends and regulatory requirements.
