TL;DR

Product Owner Data & Analytics: Leading the development and management of data and analytics products with an accent on product strategy, stakeholder management, and delivering ROI. Focus on creating data-driven solutions, managing agile delivery, and ensuring product quality and performance.

Location: Hybrid work model with offices in Utrecht and Venlo, Netherlands. Must come to Venlo at least once every two weeks if based in Utrecht.

What you will do

• Develop vision and strategy for data & analytics products aligned with business goals.
• Set priorities and manage delivery roadmap using Agile methodologies.
• Manage business cases and stakeholder relationships across technical and business teams.
• Champion data-driven decision-making and translate insights into actions.
• Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of data products and dashboards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from Utrecht or Venlo, Netherlands.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Data, BI, Analytics, Data Science, AI, and Product Management.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, SQL; Python and R preferred.
• High English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods industries.
