What you will do

• Cultivate relationships with assigned functions to understand their needs and objectives.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess performance against targets.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data for analysis and reporting.
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Data team to optimize information flow and ensure alignment.
• Advocate for a data-driven culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics or mathematics.
• Up to 2 years experience in a reporting, statistical, or quantitative role.
• Strong SQL skills and highly advanced MS-Excel proficiency (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros).
• Data storytelling skills to articulate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Analytical mindset with a good understanding of statistical methods.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Relevant experience with Microsoft Power BI (or other dashboarding tools like Tableau).
• Experience in Data Manipulation and Data Analysis using Python.
