What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Translate product designs and user stories into functional UI components.
• Optimize performance across browsers and devices.
• Refactor legacy code and lead frontend architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features end-to-end.
• Mentor peers and provide constructive code reviews.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• English: Proficient (B2 level or higher)
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Web APIs.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time data handling.

Nice to have

• Experience with microfrontend or monorepo architectures.
• Understanding of design systems and scalable component architectures.
• Experience with third-party identity/auth systems (SSO, OAuth2).
• Proficiency with Next.js, SSR/SSG, and hybrid rendering.
• Appreciation for UX polish, animation, and interaction design.
