What you will do

• Lead end-to-end projects across multiple domains and systems with full responsibility from budgeting to go-live.
• Plan and advance tasks according to work plans collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Work closely with specification, development, user testing, business units, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budget, timeline, and cross-domain integration for complex projects.
• Handle multiple projects and interfaces simultaneously in a multi-tasking environment.
• Report directly to the Head of Projects Department as part of a project management team.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Petach Tikva, Israel (hybrid model).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems.
• At least 4 years managing complex IT projects with diverse technologies.
• Proven experience in matrix management and leading complex end-to-end projects.
• Strong system-wide, technological, and business process perspective.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive, initiative-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT systems within insurance companies, including business and regulatory projects.
• Experience with project management tools.
