What you will do

• Design and refine scalable UI solutions for digital products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and user requirements into engaging designs
• Ensure alignment with design systems and industry best practices
• Create consistent and adaptable UI components supporting product scalability
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining design quality and efficiency
• Lead UI projects, support design system development, and provide guidance to junior designers (senior level)

Requirements

• Location: Based in Warsaw, Poland or able to work remotely
• English: B2/C1+ level required
• 2+ years of UI design experience for mid-level; 5+ years for senior roles
• Proficiency in Figma and design tools
• Experience with design systems and UI design portfolio
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for design productivity

Nice to have

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience leading design projects and teams (senior level)
