TL;DR

Vice President Of Revenue Operations: Lead and optimize revenue operations across marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships with an accent on GTM strategy, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Focus on building scalable operational frameworks, cross-functional alignment, and driving predictable revenue growth globally.

Location: Hybrid in Munich with minimum 2-3 days a week onsite

What you will do

  • Shape and execute GTM strategy in partnership with CCO, CMO, and leadership across marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end revenue architecture and scalable GTM processes.
  • Lead annual GTM planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Oversee GTM enablement programs and drive adoption of CRM and revenue tools.
  • Build and lead a high-performing revenue operations team fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure data governance and deliver actionable insights through integrated data platforms.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Munich with regular office presence
  • Experience: 7+ years leadership in tech/software, 5+ years scaling revenue operations in B2B SaaS, 3+ years advising C-level GTM executives
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue tools.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to operate in a dynamic high-growth environment.
