What you will do

• Manage and develop two distributed engineering teams.
• Drive execution and enable collaboration among teams.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and career development sessions.
• Partner with Product and Design to refine roadmaps.
• Translate product goals into actionable engineering plans.
• Support hiring efforts and team capacity planning.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with experience in JavaScript and React.
• Proven record of leading frontend or cross-functional teams.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and guide teams.
• Experience in managing globally distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills in a remote-first environment.
