• Lead cross-functional programs that advance Vrbo’s top product and business priorities.
• Act as the Brand Product Leader’s key partner to deliver against Vrbo’s goals.
• Translate strategy and new opportunities into clear, actionable plans.
• Build operating rhythms, decision frameworks, and governance models.
• Define program success measures and partner with analytics to track performance.
• Influence ways of working across Vrbo to improve speed, quality, and transparency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management, product operations, strategy, or technical delivery experience.
• Proven track record driving complex, multi-team programs.
• Strong ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
• Experience leading planning cycles and managing dependencies.
