What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform following best practices.
- Provide guidance and conduct code reviews for junior developers to ensure quality and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, handle support tickets, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and business analysts to build effective solutions.
- Document technical processes and design documents.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience in ServiceNow software development.
- Strong expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM, Event Management, Service Graph Connectors), HRSD, and ITSM Pro modules.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications required.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like Jira.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
