What you will do
- Lead and manage the after-sales operations team with clear performance expectations.
- Optimize processes for small batch execution and improve operational workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Procurement teams to enhance service quality.
- Generate and analyze sales and customer behavior reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and improve services.
Requirements
- Must be located in Brazil with 5+ years in sales operations or customer support.
- 3+ years in leadership or team coordination roles managing high-volume operational teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
