What you will do

• Design and create motion graphics content across multiple digital channels using industry-standard tools.
• Manage motion graphics projects from concept through delivery, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with video, design, and social media teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Leverage GenAI platforms to develop storyboards, animatics, and push creative boundaries.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.
• Support video shoots with technical setup including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom
• English: Proficient English (B2) required
• 6+ years of experience in motion graphics production in digital agencies, production companies, or in-house teams.
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 2D/3D animation techniques.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end digital design and motion graphics projects.
• Basic understanding and enthusiasm for AI tools and responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with video editing software such as Premiere or DaVinci Resolve and audio editing tools like Audition.
