What you will do

• Analyze data-driven opportunities to develop ML-powered IAM solutions
• Design and implement ML models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn
• Collaborate with a small cross-functional client team for implementation and architecture decisions
• Support integration of ML features into existing Java-based microservices
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with client objectives
• Mentor junior engineers as the project evolves

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher required for frequent communication
• 3+ years experience in AI/ML development including supervised and unsupervised learning
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to justify technical decisions
• Ownership mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS SageMaker and cloud-based solutions
• Familiarity with Angular and Java
• Previous mentoring experience
