What you will do

• Analyze, optimize, and maintain card authorization and processing systems for peak efficiency and reliability
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruptions
• Identify and lead process improvement and automation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with industry security standards and data protection regulations
• Create and maintain system documentation and performance reports
• Collaborate closely with IT, Security, and Customer Support teams

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as System Analyst in IT within card processing industry
• English level B1 or higher for effective international communication
• Strong knowledge of card processing technologies and protocols including ISO8583, EMV, 3DS, Mastercard integrations
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, SQL, and Postgres database management
• Familiarity with payment card security standards such as PCI-DSS

Nice to have

• Experience designing REST and gRPC models, API architecture, and business processes
• Hands-on experience with Kafka message brokers
• Experience with Git and Go/Python services
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
