  • Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies from junior to top management roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and gather necessary information
  • Conduct interviews using modern assessment methods aligned with vacancy requirements
  • Support candidates throughout all recruitment stages
  • Utilize ATS (BreezyHR), analytics dashboards, and automation tools
  • Track recruitment trends and implement growth hacking solutions to reduce time to fill and cost per hire
  • Expand networks and create talent pools, perform headhunting

Требования

  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Ability to attend office in smart-hybrid format in Kyiv, Lviv, or Warsaw
  • Experience in IT recruitment and understanding of IT hiring specifics
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry specifics
  • Intermediate+ English proficiency
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
  • Critical and systemic thinking
